The Age Halt Ayurveda course specifically targets the visible signs of aging and the reversal of internal aging processes. This program aims to restore the vigour and vitality of the body by eliminating toxins and enhancing the body's immunity. Age Halt is a combination of carefully coordinated purification processes which will get rid of metabolic waste toxins from within the body, and activate the body’s natural self-healing power to for a long-lasting, regenerative effect. The main treatments in Age Halt are Abhyamgam, steam bath, Nasyam, Virechanam, Vasthi, Pizhichil,Kizhi, Sirodhara, Sirovasthi, Kayasekam, Navarakizhi, Kapala, Tharpanam, Karnapooranam, Lepanam, and face pack. Yoga, an additional component of the treatment, helps improve vitality and efficiency and creates a harmonic balance in the body, thus adding to longevity. The treatment is complemented by Ayurvedic meals, herbal juices, teas and ravasanas to nourish the body. A minimum of 21 days of strict treatment, including a diet of restricted Ayurvedic food, is necessary to make a change in the body. The programme starts with a cleansing treatment to eliminate the toxins, followed by medicines and a thorough diet.
